Nothing is known of Phoenix's mortal years, except that he spent World War 2 in London. All he will say about his Sire is that her name was Elizabeth, and she saved him, his mother, and his sisters during the war. After she turned him, she changed his name and told him to forget his previous life. After the war, he and Elizabeth came to America, together. After a few years, he left Elizabeth to strike out on his own, but he still goes by the name she gave him, and refuses to tell anybody his real name or anything about his past beyond how he met Elizabeth. He arrived in Sangue Collina about 3 months ago.
